Delivery & Returns

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction with the goods they purchase from us.

All images are for illustration only and products may differ from that shown.

If for some reason the customer is not happy with the goods they receive then they have 7 working days from the date of receipt to return the goods.

The goods MUST be in mint, unused, re-saleable condition with all clothing tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. The goods MUST be in original packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit and should also be accompanied with your receipt as proof of purchase and a completed "Refund/Exchange Form" (See Bottom of Page).

Return postage must be paid by the customer and a small charge will be made for postage on replacement goods if required.

CUSTOM BUILDS

Due to the nature of custom built bikes and frames there is a 50% NON Refundable deposit required (of the frame price).
