Shipping costs - UK and ROW

All orders to mainland UK above £20 are FREE except for certain items which are also listed on our ebay site. For items which are listed on this website and Ebay we show the same pricing structure including any postage charge. Postage charges for outside mainland UK  order will depend on the items you choose to buy if you live outside the UK you can call for a cost.
For all UK orders the final postage charge will show on your order when you reach the checkout screen.

For all non-UK mainland orders we reserve the right to change the postage charge. If your address for delivery is located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, and there may be an extra surcharge for delivery to these areas. If the postal charge does change we will contact you via email before charging you for your order. We will always give you the option of cancelling the order if you do not wish to pay the higher postal charge.

 My item has not arrived

If your item(s) does not arrive in the time span suggested via Royal Mail or our Couriers, then we will be able to investigate the problem for you. The first step is for you to give us a call on 0121 643 4442 and we will start the ball rolling.
Royal Mail's procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 2 weeks before registering an item as lost. In the event of an item going missing and you wish to have a replacement sent out within the 2 week time period you will be obliged to pay for the item again, once the item has been officially declared as lost via Royal Mail we will refund you for the lost item. If Royal Mail requires a signature for an item and you have not received it then the same rules will apply while Royal Mail carry out a full investigation.

Delivery to another address

Delivery can only be made to the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment, this only applies to your first purchase with us, subsequent orders can then be delivered to a work address.
All bikes delivered to locations outside the UK will be sent in the same packaging as we receive them from our suppliers, to avoid damage in transit.
